Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks an experienced Long Term Care Account Specialist in the Boston, MA area to promote products and grow physician and care-site relationships. The role involves in-person and virtual communications, educating clinicians, and managing territory-specific opportunities.

You will work with cross-functional teams, adhere to FDA guidelines, and maintain a full field presence Monday through Friday with some evening/weekend events.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in science or related field; 4+ years in commercial pharma/biotech sales or 2+ years with a Master’s in science
• Experience in specialty pharma, LTC, psychiatry, neurology or antipsychotic sales preferred
• Proficiency with sales platforms and BI tools such as Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, Veeva, etc.

Responsibilities

• Promote Neurocrine products and grow accounts within assigned territory
• Develop long-term relationships with physicians and care sites
• Educate external customers (physicians, nurses, case managers) on product benefits
