Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a field-based sales professional to promote Acadia's neuroscience and neurology products within long-term care settings across designated territories in Georgia. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, life sciences preferred.
• 1–2 years healthcare sales for junior, 8+ years for senior, 12+ years for executive.
• Experience in neuroscience sales and account-based selling.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% in territory.
• Strong knowledge of LTC market dynamics and payer systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote Acadia's neuroscience and neurology products within long-term care (LTC) settings in designated territories.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, and LTC facility staff to increase product utilization and ensure appropriate patient management.
• Execute business plans and deliver tailored clinical and reimbursement education.
• Address customer inquiries and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, managed markets, and training teams.
• Represent Acadia at industry events, mentor new team members, and ensure regulatory compliance.
