Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Long Term Care Account Specialist to promote Neurocrine products and grow coverage across targeted accounts. You will develop long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, case managers, and LTC facilities, educating external customers about product benefits and appropriate use.

Qualifications

BS/BA in science or related field with 4+ years pharma sales.
Experience in LTC, neurology, or psychiatry sales preferred.
Willingness to travel within the territory and reside there.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Promote Neurocrine products and grow within the assigned territory.
Develop long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, case managers, and LTC facilities.
Execute territory sales strategies via in-person and virtual meetings.
Collaborate with managed care, marketing, patient access, and MSL teams.
Maintain full field presence Monday–Friday with occasional events.
