Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences, a leading biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Field Sales professional to manage a geographic territory and promote Neurocrine products. You will develop long-term relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, educating them on product benefits and indications while meeting sales objectives.

The role requires 4+ years in pharma/biotech sales, strong knowledge of neuroscience-related therapies, and proficiency with sales platforms and BI tools.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in science or related field is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech or related experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharma or LTC, Psychology, or Neurology sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management.
• Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in-person and virtual communications.
• Identify opportunities and barriers to product success within the territory.
• Manage promotional resources and budgets effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and other key stakeholders.
