MChest in Texas is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Technician to join our remote pharmacy team. The role involves triage, entering Rx orders, processing refills, and coordinating with pharmacists to ensure accurate prescription processing.

Ideal candidates hold active Texas State Board of Pharmacy Technician Registration, one year of high-volume entry, and experience in Long Term Care pharmacy. This is a remote position open to Texas residents only with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating

Qualifications

• Active Texas State Board of Pharmacy Technician Registration is required.
• One year of high-volume order entry experience.
• Experience in Long Term Care pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming Rx orders.
• Enter Rx orders accurately according to workflow and delivery cut-off times.
• Process refills as requested.
• Handle 3rd party claims adjudication (insurance rejections).
• Coordinate and triage all pharmacy inquiries and resolve issues.
• Outreach to Retail Pharmacies and delivery service to coordinate filling of medications.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
• Provide customers with resources or additional information.
• Navigate multiple computer systems to respond to questions from partners.
• Maintain productivity, adherence to schedule and quality standards.
