Job summary

MChest is seeking a dedicated LTC Pharmacy Technician to join our remote team in Texas. You will triage and enter Rx orders, process refills, and coordinate with pharmacies and delivery services in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Texas State Board of Pharmacy Registration in good standing, 1 year of high-volume order entry, and experience in Long Term Care pharmacy. Remote position with regular training and a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Texas State Board of Pharmacy Registration in good standing.
• 1 year of high-volume order entry experience.
• Experience in Long Term Care pharmacy.
• Working knowledge of a PC and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming Rx orders.
• Enter Rx orders accurately according to workflow and cut-off times.
• Process refills as requested.
• Handle third party claims adjudication (insurance rejections).
• Coordinate and triage all pharmacy inquiries and resolve issues; ensure accuracy.
