M Chest Pharmacy in Texas is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Technician for a remote role in a LTC pharmacy. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with minimal supervision and take initiative while juggling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities include triaging Rx orders, data entry, processing refills, and handling third-party claims, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Unblemished Texas State Board of Pharmacy Registration in good standing.
• One year of high-volume order entry experience.
• Experience in Long Term Care pharmacy.
• Ability to learn and use new software on PC.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming Rx orders and enter them accurately per workflow and deadlines.
• Process refills and 3rd party insurance claims adjudication.
• Coordinate and triage pharmacy inquiries via phone, fax, or electronic media; resolve issues.
• Communicate with retail pharmacies and delivery services to coordinate medication filling.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality; ensure data accuracy.
