• 5+ years of actuarial experience, preferably LTC
• Fellow of Society of Actuaries (FSA) or ASA with experience
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of valuation, projections, and experience analytics

• Oversee LTC control environment across teams
• Consult on controls for new or enhanced processes
• Review existing controls and propose improvements
