Job summary

Genworth is seeking a Long Term Care Actuary for Controllership Oversight, emphasizing governance of LTC models, data, and controls. The role focuses on valuation, projections, and experience reporting, with collaboration across governance, operations, and IT teams.

The ideal candidate holds a formal actuarial credential (FSA/ASA) and 5+ years of actuarial experience, preferably in LTC insurance. Remote US work within EST/CST time zones is offered.

Qualifications

• Review existing controls for key high-risk processes and make improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on administration system and data issues and controls.
• Provide governance peer review support for the development and enhancement of LTC actuarial models and processes.
• BS/BA Degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business/finance, and/or related major.
