Job summary

Genworth seeks a Long Term Care Actuary to oversee Controllership governance and LTC model controls. Remote US (ET/CT) with in-office options in certain states; you’ll master LTC model data flows and ensure compliance with standards.

Your focus includes valuation, projections, and experience analyses with peers; you’ll review high-risk controls and collaborate with IT/Operations to strengthen data integrity.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business/finance or related major.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or Associate (ASA) with commensurate experience.
• About 5+ years of actuarial experience, preferably in LTC.

Responsibilities

• Review existing controls for high-risk processes and make improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT on system/data issues and controls.
• Provide governance peer review support for LTC models and processes.
• Support valuation, projections, and experience analyses.
