Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, and others) to deliver weekly telehealth sessions. You’ll use CBT and other evidence-based modalities, track progress with measurement-based care, and collaborate with psychiatrists for integrated care.

This 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling, built-in clinical support, and referrals, with sessions typically 53+ minutes and compensation per session. Minimum 9 hours availability per week.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care
