Job summary
Brightside Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, LIMHP, PsyD, PhD) to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. This 100% remote, 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling, steady referrals, malpractice coverage, free CEUs, and strong clinical support.
Minimum availability of 9 hours per week across at least two days.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
- 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
- Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
- Commit to minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
- Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
- Tech-friendly and open to digital tools in care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals.
- Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; ACT, DBT, and EMDR welcomed.
- Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
