Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD) to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy as 1099 contractors. Work 100% remotely with a steady referral pipeline, free CEUs, malpractice coverage, and robust clinical support.

Set your own schedule (minimum 9 hours/week) and grow your private practice with ongoing program tracks such as Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active independent license in related field.
• 2+ years delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Multi-state licensure is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and UP; other modalities welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
• Maintain documentation using an AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
