Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to join as remote, 1099 contractors delivering telehealth therapy across our general program.

As a remote LPCC or equivalent (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, LIMHP, PsyD, PhD), you will build a flexible private practice with guaranteed referrals, clinical support, malpractice coverage, and the freedom to set your own schedule. Minimum availability: 9 hours/week across at least 2 days.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPCC eligible to practice in California.
• 2+ years of experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
