Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver telehealth services as 1099 contractors. Build a flexible, sustainable private practice with strong clinical support and referrals.

We offer malpractice coverage, free CEUs, CAMS training, and AI-enabled documentation tools. Minimum 9 hours/week across 2+ days, with competitive hourly compensation and dedicated operational support.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work and licensed in good standing.
• 2+ years' experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth sessions to individuals across behavioral health conditions.
• Apply CBT and other modalities; track progress with measurement-based care.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
