Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth care through our general mental health program. This 100% remote, 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling and built-in clinical community across multiple states.

You will apply evidence-based modalities including CBT, utilize AI-enabled EMR for documentation, and receive referrals with strong clinical support and access to free CEUs and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply CBT and other evidence-based approaches like UP; welcome ACT, DBT, EMDR.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other therapists for integrated care.
• Maintain documentation in an AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
