Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to deliver remote telehealth therapy as 1099 contractors. You can build a flexible private practice with referrals, free CEUs, malpractice coverage, and clinical support. Remote role with potential to join specialized tracks like Suicide Prevention and IOP.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Tech-savvy and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; ACT, DBT, and EMDR welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
