Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD) to provide high‑quality telehealth therapy through our general mental health program.

We offer built-in clinical community, billing/credentialing support, and a steady referrals stream. Minimal weekly availability is 9 hours, with opportunities to specialize in Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP tracks.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
2+ years of CBT and other evidence-based therapies with adults.
Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
Comfortable treating diverse populations and using digital care tools.

Responsibilities

Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals.
Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; ACT/DBT/EMDR welcomed.
Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
Maintain documentation using an AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
