PAR Technology Corporation seeks a Guest Engagement Strategist to optimize loyalty programs for restaurant brands and advise client teams on strategy and execution.

You will learn how PAR's technology stack integrates with POS, online ordering, payments, and CRM platforms, delivering measurable engagement and ROI. The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in customer experience, loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing strategy.
• Exposure to loyalty or CRM programs for restaurant or other consumer brands.
• Hands‑on experience with campaign management in CRM platforms.
• Comfort learning technical concepts and explaining them to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own Loyalty Program Strategy & Optimization engagements for small and mid-size restaurant brands.
• Support senior team members on complex program designs and restructures.
• Contribute to strategy sessions to define KPIs, rules, and health measures.
• Analyze guest behavior and segmentation to improve engagement and ROI.
• Build executive-ready presentations to communicate research and recommendations.
