PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Guest Engagement Strategist to advise restaurant brands on loyalty program and campaign strategy. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to deliver measurable growth in guest participation, revenue, and profitability.

You’ll build deep knowledge of Punchh and its integration with POS, online ordering, payments, and third-party tools, translating complex tech into client-focused recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in customer experience, loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing strategy.
• Exposure to loyalty or CRM programs for restaurant or other consumer brands.

Responsabilités

• Own program optimization engagements for small and mid-size restaurant brands, from analysis through recommendation.
• Lead analysis workstreams on complex program designs and restructures with recommendations.
• Build and present executive-ready insights to improve engagement, retention, and ROI.
• Monitor program performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and program health measures.
