Job summary

PAR Technology is seeking a Guest Engagement Strategist to advise restaurant brands on loyalty program and campaign optimization. The role focuses on connecting Punchh with POS, online ordering, payments and third-party tools to drive guest engagement and revenue.

The position requires strong analytical and client-facing skills, plus experience with CRM platforms, data analysis, and storytelling. Remote flexibility includes multiple states, with a Senior Manager as the reporting line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in customer experience, loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing strategy.
• Exposure to loyalty or CRM programs for restaurant or consumer brands.
• Hands-on campaign management with major CRM/ESP platforms; segmentation and analysis.
• Comfort explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own program optimization engagements for small and mid-size restaurant brands from analysis to recommendations.
• Support senior team on complex designs and lead analysis workstreams.
• Define target KPIs, rules, and program health measures with the client.
• Monitor performance, analyze guest behavior and segmentation to improve engagement and ROI.
• Stay current on market trends in guest engagement and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.
