Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, marketing, or business preferred.
• 8+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Proven success building and managing a sales pipeline and supporting pursuit strategies.
• Experience managing client engagements from initiation through delivery.
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or matrixed environments is preferred.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
