Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Eight (8) or greater years of leadership/management experience with sales/pipeline.
• Proven ability to build and manage client engagements and deliver projects.
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or matrixed environments preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains efficient practice operations, supporting client delivery and revenue growth.
• Oversees project planning, timelines, and resource coordination to ensure successful delivery.
