Jobgether SRL is seeking a senior logistics account leader to own strategic customer relationships and drive long-term value through data-driven transportation solutions.

You will oversee account health, coordinate cross-functional teams, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to align on objectives and ROI. The role requires extensive experience in transportation solutions, strong analytics, and remote collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Seven to ten or more years of experience in operational transportation solutions with a track record of continuous improvement and revenue growth.
• Experience with big-box retail accounts is a plus.
• Sales experience in account development, retention, or transportation solutions is beneficial.
• Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Microsoft Suite is required.
• Strong analytical and KPI communication skills.
• Excellent CRM and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strategic, customer-focused mindset with accountability and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer relationships, maintaining weekly communication to understand priorities and health.
• Own account strategy, lead QBRs, and develop long-term relationship plans to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor performance, financial metrics, and KPIs to ensure service aligns with objectives.
• Analyze transportation trends and address retention risks with the Managed Logistics team.
• Oversee account projects, measure ROI, and communicate value of logistics solutions.
