Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience within freight forwarding sales.
• Proven ability to generate new business and meet/exceed targets.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.

Responsibilities

• Account Management & Growth: Manage and grow assigned accounts or territories to achieve revenue, volume, and margin objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular meetings, calls, and proactive communication.
• Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Prospect and secure new customers; develop strategic sales plans to expand market presence.
• Monitor industry trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
