Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Uncapped commissions and a commission-driven environment.
• Loan products for all borrower types and flexible team-building options.
