Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking motivated Mortgage Loan Officers to build their own business remotely under a C&B umbrella. This opportunity offers P&L ownership and uncapped commissions with loan products for all borrower types.

You may add additional LOs to your team or operate independently, with administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate. Licensed in 28 states and growing, this role rewards entrepreneurial drive and relationship-building excellence.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella.
• Grow with uncapped commissions and loan products for all borrower types.
• Add additional LOs to your team or operate as an individual LO.
• Maintain a network of referral partners (Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
