Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC invites entrepreneurial loan officers to run their own business remotely under a P&L umbrella. The role offers uncapped commissions and loan products for all borrower types, with administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.

Licensed in 28 states and growing, you can add additional loan officers to your team or operate independently. A proven track record in referral partnerships and a database of past clients will help you succeed in

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Develop and maintain a referral partner network with Realtors, CPAs, financial planners, etc.
• Close loans and manage client relationships with a high level of service.
• Leverage administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.
