Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking an empowered Loan Officer who can run a remote, commission-based practice under our umbrella. Build referral relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners, while maintaining ongoing client contact and a growing pipeline.

You may expand your team or operate solo, with licensing across 28 states and full corporate support. We offer uncapped commissions, access to a broad product suite, and administrative/operational compliance backing to help you

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3–5 units per month.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella.
• Earn uncapped commissions.
• Offer loan products for all borrower types.
