• Proven ability to develop referral partner relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess financial information.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a sales-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Operate as an independent LO with uncapped commissions.
• Offer loan products for all borrower types and manage licensing requirements.
• Add additional LOs to your team OR operate as an individual LO.
