Successful candidates will cultivate referral networks, manage a growing database of past clients, and have the option to add additional loan officers to the team or operate solo.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella.
• Build and maintain referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, financial planners, etc.
• Grow a team of loan officers or operate as an individual LO.
• Close loans and achieve annual targets.
