Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, financial planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3–5 loans per month.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture referral networks to generate loan business.
• Manage loan pipeline with focus on timely closings and quality service.
• Operate remotely under P&L umbrella with corporate support.
