Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking entrepreneurial Loan Officers who want to run their own business remotely on a P&L basis under our umbrella. This role offers uncapped commissions, access to loan products for all borrower types, and flexibility to add team members or operate independently.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners, a robust client database, and a history of closing multiple

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Add additional LO's to your team OR act as an individual LO.
• Licensed in 28 states and growing context; manage relationships with referral partners.
