Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our general program. You will join a flexible, supportive clinical community while building a sustainable private practice.

This 100% remote, 1099 contractor role offers a steady referral flow, free CEUs, malpractice coverage, and dedicated operational support to help you manage billing, credentialing and IT.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
• 2+ years of experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Telehealth or online therapy experience.
• Multi-state licensure is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; other modalities welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
• Maintain documentation using an AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
