Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver telehealth therapy as 1099 contractors. Set your own schedule with a built-in clinical community, and enjoy strong clinical support, referrals, and tech-enabled care.

Qualifications include a Master’s/Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work, 2+ years CBT experience, and telehealth familiarity. A minimum of 9 hours/week across 2 days is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; ACT/DBT/EMDR welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
