Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth services as 1099 contractors. You’ll manage a flexible caseload with strong clinical and operational support, built-in referrals, and access to free CEUs and malpractice coverage.

Join a team that emphasizes evidence-based care, outcome data, and a scalable private practice with autonomy and support. Minimum availability is 9 hours per week across at least 2 days.

Qualifications

• Licensed LMFT or equivalent and in good standing.
• 2+ years delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfort with diverse populations and digital care tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth sessions to individuals across behavioral health conditions.
• Apply CBT, Unified Protocol, ACT, DBT, EMDR as appropriate.
• Use measurement-based care to track client progress.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other therapists for integrated care.
