Job summary

Brightside Health is recruiting licensed mental health therapists for fully remote telehealth practice as 1099 contractors. Set your own schedule with a built-in clinical community, while we handle billing, credentialing, and insurance.

Expect a flexible, supportive environment, ongoing data-driven care, and steady referrals to grow your caseload. Requirements include Master’s or Doctorate in relevant field and 2+ years of CBT experience with adults.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Tech-friendly and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; welcome ACT, DBT, and EMDR.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
