Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy as 1099 contractors. You’ll manage a flexible caseload with strong clinical and operational support, including billing and credentialing.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Commit to minimum of 9 hours availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations; tech-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply CBT and Unified Protocol; additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
