Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, LIMHP, PsyD, PhD) to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program.

As a 1099 contractor, you’ll build a flexible private practice with a steady caseload, supported by billing, credentialing, and insurance processes, plus access to free CEUs and malpractice coverage.

Formación

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
• Deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program.
