Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking a Legal Counsel, Litigation to manage disputes and complex litigation while partnering with the Senior Employment Counsel on employment matters. This remote role requires collaboration with Pacific Time teams and flexibility to support PT business hours.

You will handle pre‑suit to trial work, including pleadings, discovery, and outside counsel coordination, while advancing scalable processes and risk mitigation across the organization.

Qualifications

• J.D. and current member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar.
• 4–6 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Experience at a top‑tier law firm.
• Experience defending complex litigation and class actions.
• Excellent legal writing and meticulous judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage disputes and litigation from pre‑suit to resolution, coordinating with outside counsel.
• Defend complex litigation including consumer, class actions, trade secrets, privacy, or IP matters.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify litigation risk early and build preventive solutions.
• Advise leadership on dispute strategy and risk, including early case assessment.
• Improve and scale dispute processes, including playbooks and outside counsel management.
• Support employment-related matters with the People team and leadership.
