Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking a Legal Counsel, Litigation to manage disputes and litigation-related processes as the company grows. This remote role reports to the Associate General Counsel (Employment & Litigation) and collaborates with teams across the Pacific time zone.

You will handle pre-suit to resolution matters, defend complex litigation and class actions, and advise business leaders on risk and strategy while helping scale our dispute workflows and templates.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar in at least one US state.
• 4–6 years of litigation attorney experience.
• Experience managing a docket of commercial disputes including pleadings and discovery.
• Experience defending complex litigation including class actions.
• Strong writing, judgment, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage disputes from pre-suit to resolution with outside counsel as needed.
• Defend complex litigation including consumer, trade secrets, IP matters, and class actions.
• Advise leaders on dispute strategy and risk with early assessment.
• Develop scalable litigation processes, playbooks, and templates.
• Support employment matters with People team and senior counsel.
• Coordinate subpoenas and data collection with internal teams.
• Oversee litigation holds with the Lead Litigation Paralegal.
