Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join our remote Global Legal Team. The role partners with the sales team to draft, review and negotiate SaaS agreements and related privacy/security terms. You will collaborate with legal, revenue operations and finance to improve contract processes and templates.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant practice, JD and active U.S. bar membership, and strong business judgment in a fast-moving tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Corporate or commercial practice at a top-tier law firm; in-house experience preferred.
• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS and related commercial agreements.
• JD and current U.S. state bar membership required.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, finance and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex SaaS sales agreements with large customers and prospects.
• Provide practical legal counsel on deal structure, risk and contract templates.
• Collaborate with sales, deal desk, revenue, and finance teams to optimize processes.
• Assist in developing contract playbooks, workflows and best practices.
• Support partnerships, ventures and IP licensing discussions as needed.
