Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Legal Counsel, Litigation to oversee disputes and litigation-driven processes as we scale. You will handle pre-suit through resolution, coordinate with outside counsel, and align litigation strategy with business goals.

This remote role requires Pacific Time collaboration and strong judgment balancing risk and business priorities. You will advise leaders, drive continuous improvement of dispute workflows, and support employment matters alongside the People team.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as a practicing litigation attorney.
• Experience at a top-tier law firm.
• Experience managing a docket of commercial disputes including pleadings and discovery.
• Experience defending complex litigation and class actions.
• Excellent legal writing and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to advise executives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage disputes from pre-suit through resolution with outside counsel as needed.
• Support defense of complex litigation including consumer, IP, and privacy matters.
• Partner with teams to identify litigation risk and preventive solutions.
• Advise leadership on dispute strategy, risk, and settlement options.
• Improve and scale litigation processes, playbooks, and outside counsel management.
• Support employment-related matters with the People team and Senior Employment Counsel.
• Coordinate subpoenas and data collection with engineering and other teams.
• Assist with bankruptcy matters involving customers, vendors, and partners.
• Contribute to public company reporting on litigation and contingency assessments.
