Job summary

ServiceTitan seeks a Legal Counsel, Litigation to manage disputes and lead litigation strategy. This remote role reports to the Associate General Counsel (Employment & Litigation) and collaborates with teams across time zones, especially Pacific Time.

You will handle pre-suit to resolution matters, defend complex litigation including consumer and IP disputes, and support employment-related matters. JD and bar in good standing required, with strong drafting and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and current member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar.
• Experience handling a docket of disputes from pre-suit demand to resolution and defense of complex litigation.
• Experience managing a range of disputes, including consumer, class actions, trade secrets, privacy, or IP matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of disputes and litigation matters from pre-suit demand through resolution, including case strategy, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, mediation, and trial preparation, with outside counsel as needed.
• Defend complex litigation and class actions; handle third-party subpoenas and related processes.
• Advise leadership on dispute strategy, risk assessment, and options for early resolution.
• Improve and scale litigation processes, including playbooks, templates, and outside counsel management.
• Partner with the People team on employment-related matters and related investigations and compliance.
