Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking a Legal Counsel, Litigation to manage disputes and lead litigation strategy for a fast-growing company. The role reports to the Associate General Counsel (Employment & Litigation) and involves handling complex disputes, subpoenas, and outside counsel management while coordinating with teams across time zones in the Pacific region.

Ideal candidates hold a J.D., are admitted to a U.S. state bar, and have 4–6 years of relevant litigation experience, including class actions

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) required.
• Active bar admission in any U.S. state; CA bar preferred.
• Experience handling disputes, litigation strategy, and outside counsel management.
• Strong legal writing and drafting abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of disputes and litigation matters from pre-suit to resolution, coordinating with outside counsel as needed.
• Defend complex litigation including consumer, class actions, IP, and privacy matters.
• Advise business leaders on dispute strategy, risk, and early case assessment.
• Develop playbooks, templates, and processes to scale litigation workflows.
• Support employment-related matters in collaboration with the People team.
