ServiceTitan, a remote-enabled employer headquartered in Glendale, CA, seeks a Legal Counsel, Litigation to manage disputes and complex litigation across the enterprise. You will partner with the Associate General Counsel and Senior Employment Counsel, coordinating with teams in the Pacific Time zone and outside counsel to drive efficient dispute resolution.

You will handle pre-suit to trial activities, advise on risk, and help scale processes as the business grows, including audits, subpoenas,

Competenze

• J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
• 4–6 years of practicing litigation experience.
• Experience handling complex disputes, class actions, and IP matters.
• Ability to collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Manage disputes and litigation matters from pre-suit to resolution with outside counsel as needed.
• Defend complex litigation, including consumer, class actions, privacy, and IP matters.
• Advise business leaders on dispute strategy and risk with early case assessment.
• Improve litigation processes, including playbooks and templates, with scalable workflows.
• Support employment-related matters with the People team and leadership.
• Coordinate subpoenas, data collection, and production with internal teams.
• Oversee bankruptcy matters involving customers, vendors, and partners.
