ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Legal Counsel, Litigation to manage disputes and complex litigation from a remote US location. You will advise on strategy, coordinate with outside counsel, and help scale processes as the business grows.

The role requires 4–6 years of litigation experience, a J.D., and active bar admission, with strong writing and business judgment. You will partner with teams across the company to handle subpoenas, discovery, and regulatory matters in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. with active U.S. bar admission.
• 4–6 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Experience managing a docket of commercial disputes, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and settlements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of disputes and litigation matters from pre-suit to resolution, including strategy, pleadings, motions, discovery, mediation, and trial prep with outside counsel.
• Defend complex litigation and class actions; advise on risk and resolution options.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify litigation risk early and develop preventive solutions.
• Provide employment-related guidance in collaboration with People team and Senior Employment Counsel.
• Oversee data collection, subpoenas, and discovery workflows; support bankruptcy matters as needed.
• Monitor litigation reporting and loss contingency assessments for public company disclosures.
