Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience as a practicing litigation attorney.
• Experience handling commercial disputes and complex litigation.
• Strong legal writing and drafting skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage disputes and litigation from pre-suit demand through resolution.
• Support defense of complex litigation including consumer and class actions.
• Identify litigation risks and develop preventive solutions with business teams.
• Advise leaders on dispute strategy and risk.
• Drive improvements to litigation processes.
• Support employment-related litigation and pre-litigation matters.
• Respond to subpoenas and oversee data collection.
