Job summary

Law Firms in New York, NY is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its NYC team on a remote-friendly basis. You will handle complex defense matters across professional liability, general liability, and commercial litigation, working closely with partners to shape case strategy.

You will manage matters from inception through resolution, conduct discovery, handle motions, depositions, mediations, and trial prep, and have opportunities for meaningful trial advocacy and client interaction.

Qualifications

• Active bar admission in NY; NJ bar admissions preferred.
• Experience with complex defense matters is valued.
• Ability to develop and implement case strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle discovery, motions, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Develop case strategy with partners and senior attorneys.
• Work directly with clients on sophisticated defense matters.
• Gain meaningful trial advocacy and litigation experience.
