Full Potential Solutions (FPS) is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Assistant Specialist to support our members remotely from the USA. You will handle a broad range of personal tasks, coordinate with vendors, schedule and organize information, and help deliver a seamless member experience as part of our Operations team.

Qualifications

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Highly organized, detail oriented and tech-savvy.
• Strong time-management and conversational abilities.
• High deductive reasoning and proactive problem solving.
• Smart, strategic thinker with tactical execution.
• Familiar with G-Suite; Zendesk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize information on Google Sheets and present it to members.
• Call doctor offices, hotels, and service providers to gather availability and pricing.
• Create and send Google calendar invites and coordinate scheduling.
• Coordinate gifts from approved vendors and compile information for members.
• Communicate with vendors and businesses to collect required information.
